New members are always welcome and should you decide to join us - and we hope you do - you will have access to the following -
- A choice of about 40 interest groups
- Two taster sessions in groups of your choosing - so that you can be confident that the group is right for you.
- The monthly coffee morning at the Brewery Tap
- A quarterly meeting where, following a talk (see events) there is an opportunity to meet new people including committee members & group leaders, whilst enjoying tea and cakes.
- Additional social meetings, e.g. What's My Quaff (think wine-tasting crossed with "Call My Bluff"), Quizzes and other entertainments.
Tempted? You can join by downloading the 'Membership Application Form' (below) and sending it to the Membership Secretary, details on the form. You can pay the subscription fee by including a cheque with the form or by paying by bank transfer - full information on the form.
The current cost of joining B&D u3a is just £12 / year . . . that is less than 25 pence a week !
Membership subscription for the year 1st March 2024 to end of 28th February 2025 - £12 per person - Please pay by BACS transfer to B & D U3A, or by cheque, see application form for further details. If you already belong to another u3a, a reduced fee applies, see application form.
