We are delighted to announce that Trevor Court has very kindly agreed to stand as Chair for our Blandford & District u3a. We extend a very warm welcome to Trevor and we look forward to working with him for the benefit of our society. We would also like to extend a very warm welcome to Carol Smart who recently joined us as a committee member. Both Trevor and Carol will be a great addition to our team, thank you to you both for joining us.

B&D u3a's Charity of the Year (2026/27).

Every year we select a "Charity of the Year" and the Tea / Coffee & Cake money from our quarterly meetings is donated to the year's worthy cause.

This year (2026 / 2027 season) we are collecting for Dorset Blind Association. This Dorset based charity offers help and support to local Blind and Partially sighted residents.  With a team of support workers they offer help and advice with aids and equipment, along with home visits, and community support including social and activity groups.
